Two Activists Of MLA Nab By Pune Crime Branch From Mumbai In Connection With Sassoon Blood Tampering

Pune: In the ongoing Porsche car accident case, a new twist has come to light. Pune police have detained two individuals in connection with the Sassoon blood report manipulation case. The arrested individuals have been identified as Ashfaq Makandar and Amar Gaikwad, and they are said to be the activists of an MLA. The arrested individuals have been sent to police custody until June 10.
The Pune Sessions Court issued an order in this regard yesterday. The detained individuals have been charged with giving three lakh rupees to the doctors of Sassoon Hospital to alter the blood report of the minor accused. Similarly, they also changed the blood reports of the other two individuals who were present inside the car at the time of the accident.
The Pune Police Crime Branch took this action yesterday, and they nabbed two individuals from Mumbai. The primary investigation has revealed that one of the accused, Ashpak Makandar, is said to be an activist of an MLA. He was present at the police station after the accident. He was further involved in the case, but no action was taken against them until yesterday. However, yesterday, Pune PCB finally arrested him from Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Pune police have informed that they are demanding the extension of the minor accused's custody in the juvenile correction home. The minor accused was sentenced to the Juvenile Correction Home until June 6. As his custody is ending today, Pune Police have demanded to the Juvenile Justice Board that the minor child involved in the Kalyaninagar accident case in Pune should be kept under observation for the next 18 days.
