Pune:  Symbiosis Institute of Design, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) Pune celebrated “15th Graduation Show” at the Viman Nagar Campus, Pune.

The "15th SID Design Showcase" brought design and innovation to life through an exhibition of student projects. It was a proud moment for the institute as 198 students from various disciplines of design graduated this year. The interesting event line up included an open day, placement week, exhibition of students’ projects, fashion show and academic awards ceremony, stated a press release.

The event was inaugurated by Ms. Ashwini Deshpande - Co founder and Director of Elephant Design Pvt Ltd, Ms. Monisha Jaising- eminent fashion designer and Founder of label Monisha Jaising in the presence of Dr. Sanjeevani Ayachit, Director, Symbiosis Institute of Design and Dean of Faculty of Architecture and Design, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), faculty and staff, students, parents and industry guests.

The exhibition showcased the exceptional work of students of Bachelor of Design in Communication Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, and Fashion Communication. The Open Day drew a large crowd of design aspirants and parents eager to explore the world of design through the displayed projects and state of the art infrastructure. Fourteen stunning collections were presented on the ramp by the students of fashion design. Finally, the academic awards ceremony recognized the outstanding efforts and achievements of students in various categories, acknowledging both academic performance and artistic excellence.
