Rotary Club gifted a school bus to the school of Dehuroad Cantonment

Pune: On behalf of Pimpri (Representative) Rotary Club of Nigdi Pune and Vitesco Technologies Pvt.Ltd. donated a School bus for the students of Dehuroad Cantonment Board School.

On this occasion Governor Manju Phadke, President Harbindersigh Dullat, Secretary Shashank Phadke, CSR Director Ravi Rajapurkar, Service Director Ganesh Bhalerao, Rakesh Singhania, Managing Director of Vitesco Technologies Anurag Garg, Project Manager Shafiq Syed, CSR Head Aarti Devkar, Mohsina Faiz and others were present.

Cantonment Board nominated member Adv. Kailas Pansare, Social activist Dr. Ramesh Bansal, Center Head Education Department Mrs.M.F Khan, Chincholi School Principal DM Tapkir accepted the keys of the bus.

On this occasion Rotary Club Nigdi President Mr. Dullat said, "Today's students are the future of the country. They need to get proper education, only then will they become good citizens". By providing buses for students through Rotary and in collaboration with Vitesco Technologies, students will go to school on time and safely. We are very happy to provide educational support. Head of the Educational Department Mrs. M. F Khan said that the number of students coming from rural areas like Shelarwadi, Chincholi, Zendemala in the school of Dehuroad Cantonment Board is around 90. As we had only one Sumo to transport the students, we faced a lot of difficulties. We urgently needed a bus for this. As soon as we made a demand to the Rotary Club, they immediately took action. Finally we got a school bus. This will make the journey of the students comfortable. I am so happy that words cannot express my happiness.

Shri Garg said, "Safety is not only for the industry, but also for our students. Hence, Vitesco supported this initiative by prioritizing the education and safety of the students. And decided to provide bus to school".
