AFTER the Congress was issued a fresh notice by the Income Tax Department for Rs 1700 crore discrepancies in tax returns for previous years, the party has hit back at BJP. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi gave a new guarantee as he said when the new government takes charge, those who ''destroyed democracy'' will face such an action that no one will dare to repeat what they are doing.
