Holistic Learning Experience summit will be held 14th December 2024

Pune, 13 December 2024: The National HRD Network (NHRDN) Pune Chapter will host its flagship annual Human Resource summit event ‘Anubhuti’ on 14th December 2024 at Hyatt Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune. 

Anubhuti event brings together HR professionals, industry leaders, and experts to explore and deliberate on key issues on evolving role of Human Resource in today’s fast-changing work environment. 

The flagship of NHRD is thoughtfully designed for HR professionals, L&D leaders, faculty, and students. It ensures you leave with practical insights and transformative ideas to drive meaningful impact in your organization. This year more than 150 HR professionals from diverse industry sectors from various parts of India will participate in the day-long event. In all there are 54 chapters of NHRDN at the pan national level. 

‘Anubhuti’ offers ample networking opportunities, allowing HR & L&D professionals to share insights, collaborate, and discuss solutions to contemporary people management challenges. It will also help throw light on critical themes like building a hybrid workforce, fostering inclusivity, and cultivating Gen Z leaders.

The event is organized under the patronage of Mr. Aman Rajabali, President of NHRDN Pune. Shri. Prem Singh, President, Group HR of JK Organization, Delhi & National President - NHRDN, will deliver the inaugural address, discussing the future of HR leadership and the need for innovation and agility in business.

Ms. Usha Singh, Regional President (West) of NHRDN, will outline the event’s theme, addressing key HR challenges, such as managing hybrid workforces, diversity, and leadership development.

Panellist-Speaker will be Mr. Amitabh Singh, CHRO, ICICI Home Finance, Ms. Prachi Misra - Global L&D Head, Vanderlande, Ms. Tina Rastogi, Global Head, HR, Cybage, Mr. Arun Wakhlu Founder Director and Chief Mentor, Pragati Leadership Institute, Ms. Amita Karadkhedkar Sr. VP - Banking Technology, TEDx Speaker, Ms. Sukanya Patwardhan, Vice President, Learning and Organizational Development, Jade Global will deliberate on topics like Hybrid Workforce, Diversity & Inclusion, and Developing Gen Z Leaders. 

Special attraction will be the Corporate Kotwal drama skit, highlighting employee life cycle and challenges through a creative theatrical performance, stated a press release.
