Pimpri Chinchwad Police Step Up Law And Order Measures

Pimpri- Chinchwad: In order to maintain law and order in Pimpri Chinchwad city for the coming elections, the Pimpri Chinchwad police Commissionerate is checking on-record hardcore criminals in the city and taking strict action against them.
In the latest such incident, a notorious criminal, Adarsh, alias Monya Ludekar, was externed by the Pimpri Chinchwad police for two years.
This action was taken on the orders of Deputy Commissioner of Police Circle 3, Shivaji Pawar.
The accused has been identified as Adarsh alias Monya Vitthal Ludekar (age 22), and he is a resident of Panchavati Housing Society, Sharadnagar, Chikhali, Pune. As per the police information, the accused was a recorded criminal, and earlier he had committed several serious crimes within the city limits. He was earlier detained by Chikhli police for carrying illegal weapons and creating terror in the area under the MCOCA Act.
Furthermore, he has several charges registered against him, such as forcible theft, illegal possession of weapons, illegal assembly, grievous hurt, etc. His hooliganism and vandalism had created terror in the Chikhli area.
Taking note of his increasing anti-social activities, a proposal to take action against Adarsh, alias Monya Vitthal Ludekar, under the MPDA Act was submitted to Deputy Commissioner of Police Circle-3 Shivaji Pawar. After verifying the proposals and documents received, the Deputy Commissioner of Police has ordered Adarsh Ludekar to be detained at Nagpur Central Jail for two years under the MPDA Act.
Furthermore, he has been banned from entering the city limits for the next two years, even if he gets bail.
