January 12, 2025, Pune: Pet Fed, recognized as India’s Biggest Pet Festival and the holder of the Limca World Record for the 'Biggest Dog Carnival,' concluded its much-anticipated Pune as a brand new city to its roster of main events. This 10th Anniversary edition was a grand success, uniting pet lovers from all over the city for an unforgettable experience. This festival was organized on January 11th and 12th, 2025 at Mayfield Ivy Garden, Aundh-Baner Road. Animal lovers of Pune participated in this festival with great enthusiasm, stated a press release.

The festival saw an overwhelming gathering of pets, including dogs and cats, along with their enthusiastic parents, making it a weekend to remember.

Highlights of the Festival:

Limca World Record Holder: Pet Fed holds the prestigious Limca Book of Records as the ‘Biggest Dog Carnival,’ an annual extravaganza bringing together pets and their parents for unmatched socialization and fun across cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai & now in Pune.

Security & Obedience Dog Show : For the first time ever Pune witnessed its very first Security & obedience dog show demonstrated by Ms. Priyancka Patkki from snout scout - the dog family.

Masterclasses: Expert-led sessions on pet grooming by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar from Scooby Scrub, health by Pet Aid Clinic, Pune, and nutrition Dr. Swagat Deshkar from Animal Profile, Pune provided valuable insights for pet parents, emphasizing the importance of holistic pet care.

Catapalooza: Making its debut in Pune, Catapalooza, presented in association with the Cat Club of India, offered engaging games, activities, and certification opportunities for cat enthusiasts. Participants walked away with prestigious trophies and unforgettable memories. 

Adoption Camps: Advocating the motto #AdoptDontShop, the festival collaborated with various NGOs to raise awareness about pet adoption as the ideal way to welcome a furry friend home.

 Dedicated Play Areas & Agility Ring: Special zones were set up for pets to unleash their energy and have fun. Dogs enjoyed a ball pool and agility ring, while cats played in a cozy kitty playpen. The setup ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

 India’s Biggest Pet Fashion Show: Pets and their hoomans strutted the ramp in quirky outfits, showcasing charm and style in a glamorous setting that delighted onlookers.

 Retail Therapy: Over 100 stalls from global brands offered a shopping haven for pet parents, featuring the latest pet products. Visitors also enjoyed food and drinks, making it a perfect outing with their furry companions. 

Free Desi Ticket: Supporting Indie pets, the festival offered free entry to parents of Indie/Desi pets, encouraging adoption and promoting love for our beloved Indies.
