Pune: While the tragic death incident of a 15-year-old minor girl is fresh after she fell into the pit on the Kondhwa-Sinhagad Road, a similar incident took place in the Chakrapani area of Bhosari. On Monday, June 12, a three-year-old child died after falling into a pit filled with rainwater while playing in the yard of a house in Bhosari's Chakrapani Colony.

The name of the child who died is Ganesh Balaji Manjalwar. The Manjalwar family lives in Chakrapani Colony in Bhosari. According to the information, Ganesh Manjalwar was playing with his friends on the open ground in front of their house. On that ground, there are a lot of pits where rainwater has accumulated due to the continuous downpours in the last few days.

On Monday, at around 2.30 p.m., when Ganesh was playing with his friends in that open space, he fell into the pit after he lost his balance. Promptly, his friends rushed to his house and informed his mother about it.

The mother immediately pulled Ganesh out of the pit and admitted him to the nearby hospital for emergency treatment. However, doctors announced that he died before treatment. This incident has caused a shockwave in the area, where the entire area is mourning the disheartening death of a child. In this case, Bhosari police have registered a case of sudden death.
