‘Mahayuti Government Worked For All Sections Of Society’ Says Deputy CM As The Government Released ‘report Card’ On Its Work
Mumbai: Speaking at a press conference organized by Mahayuti government in Mumbai, where they released a report card on the work done by the government over the last two years, Ajit Pawar said that all the government worked for all sections of the society. He added ‘we tried to give justice to each community. False narratives are being set by the Opposition; they had claimed that elections will be held in two-three phases. 2.5 crore women are given instalments of Ladki Bahin Yojana, opposition tried to set a fake narrative around the feasibility of the scheme also but we have already made a financial allocation of Rs 45000 crore for the implementation of Ladki Bahin Yojana for one year.” Confident of winning the elections, the Deputy CM said Mahayuti government has a proven track record and we are going to voters on the basis of our work.
Highlighting the investment and development works during the past two years, Ajit Pawar said ‘we have taken decisions for all sectors.’ As finance minister, Ajit Pawar announced the Ladki Bahin scheme under which the government is providing financial assistance of Rs 1500 to over 2.5 crore women. Through Annapurna Yojana, the government is providing free 3 LPG cylinders to over 52 lakh households. Through Baliraja Vij Savlat Yojana, government is providing free electricity to farmers with up to 7.5 horse power capacity helping over 44.06 lakh farmers. A provision of Rs. 14,761 crores was made in the recent budget for the scheme.
