Maharashtra Assembly Election: Ajit Pawar's Political Strategist Naresh Arora Predicts Historic Win For NCP President From Baramati
Pune: Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar's political strategist Naresh Arora has predicted a historic victory for Pawar from his home constituency Baramati. Naresh Arora has been working with the Nationalist Congress Party and Ajit Pawar for the last five months and has been helping the party leadership in formulating political strategies and connecting with people at the grassroots level.
He played a key role in planning and organizing the Jan Samman Yatra through which Ajit Pawar and key party leaders travelled across the state and covered all the assembly constituencies contested by the NCP in these elections. Surveys show that the NCP is likely to perform well in all these assembly constituencies.
Sharing his views on social media platform X, Naresh Arora said; “Sticking my neck out to make a personal prediction for #MaharashtraAssemblyElection 2024: Ajit Pawar’s victory in Baramati this election will be one for the history books.”
Earlier, Naresh Arora had worked for Karnataka Congress leader DK Shivakumar and helped him win the Karnataka assembly elections in 2023.
Delivering his speech on the big occasion, Yugendra Pawar said he has several plans up his sleeves for pushing the development of Baramati. ''Like the water problem, garbage problem has also become serious in Baramati. We will bring in new technology to generate electricty from garbage. We will set up such industrial units in Baramati. I will put in my best efforts to get reasonable prices for farm products and help lessen the miseries of farmers. We will take everyone's help while implementing our plans,'' he said, adding that the first AI (Artificial Intelliegence) College will soon be set up Baramati. ''This is all being done under the guidance of Pawar saheb. We are lucky to have have his vision and leadership,'' he added.
Yugendra lamented that in Baramati womenfolk do not have adequate toilet facilities. ''We will be giving priority to setting up toliet facilities for women,'' he said.
