International Conference at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School Held
Pune: Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School is one of the esteemed B-School of Pune. It hosted a day international conference in its Tathawade Campus from April 3 to April, 2024.
The theme of the conference was Harmony in Innovation: Navigating Global Business Landscapes through Emerging Technologies and Dynamic Management Strategies.
This three-day conference was meticulously curated by Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune, in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as EMAA Business School, Morocco; The Centre of Economic Diplomacy, Croatia, Europe; Dr. Soetomo University, Indonesia; Boston International College, Nepal; Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore, India; Association of Indian Management Schools, India; and Center for Education Growth & Research, India, stated a press release.
The conference has successfully united brilliant and innovative minds from around the world at its esteemed platform.
Throughout the span of three days, the conference facilitated a mega hybrid event, blending both offline and online engagements for over 150+ hours. Featuring an esteemed lineup of 100+ highly acclaimed speakers, the conference delved into a diverse array of contemporary issues. Together, speakers and participants examined pathways to attain harmony in innovation by navigating the complex terrain of global business landscapes through the lens of emerging technologies and dynamic management strategies.
The conference observed the presentation of more than 250 research papers spanning eight distinct tracks, encompassing vital domains including marketing, finance, HR, general management, and case studies. Each paper underwent meticulous evaluation by esteemed session chairs, thereby upholding the pinnacle of academic rigor and excellence, the release stated.
Distinguished participants hailed from over 60 countries, presenting a rich tapestry of perspectives and expertise.
The conference was privileged to welcome representatives from esteemed bodies such as AIU, Skill Councils, alongside luminaries from prestigious institutions including IIMs, top-tier business schools worldwide, and renowned universities spanning the USA, UK, France, Australia, and beyond. Notable attendees encompassed Vice-chancellors, Deans, Directors, Academicians, Economists, Entrepreneurs, Business Executives, Professionals, Practitioners, Consultants, Technocrats, Research Scholars, Students, totaling over 800 participants from across the globe, collectively enriching the three-day journey.
In addition to acknowledging the contributions of researchers, this conference also underscored the importance of case studies in advancing both knowledge and practice. To honor outstanding work, a cash prize of Rs. 2 Lakhs has been designated for the top three papers and case studies.
These submissions were rigorously evaluated by expert panels comprising distinguished academicians and corporate leaders, ensuring a fair and comprehensive assessment process.
Participants will have the privilege to disseminate their research findings by publishing their papers.
Additionally, their extended abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be assigned an ISBN, further enhancing the scholarly impact of their work. Furthermore, to facilitate scholarly development, a pre-conference workshop on Bibliometric Analysis was conducted by Dr. Raja Sankaran, Professor at CMS Business School, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, India, on the first day of the conference.
