Pune, July 4, 2024:The troubles behind Vishal Agarwal, the father of the minor accused in the Porsche car accident case, show no signs of ending. In the latest incident, he has been arrested by Pimpri-Chinchwad police in a fraudulent case involving society residents. A case has been registered against Vishal Agarwal for defrauding the residents of the Nancy Bramha Society built in the Hinjewadi area in 2007.

In this regard, Vishal Adsul, one of the residents of the Nancy Bramha Society, lodged a complaint against Vishal Agarwal at the police station. According to the complaint, police registered a case of cheating against Vishal Agarwal, Ram Kumar Agarwal (brother), Vinod Kumar Agarwal, Nandlal Kimtani, and Ashish Kimtani.

Vishal Adsul mentioned in the complaint that Vishal Agarwal built a Nancy Bramha Co-operative Housing Society in Hinjewadi in 2007. As of now, 71 people have taken flats in the society. Adsul complained that there is a vacant space in society for parking and amenity facilities. However, tricking the map of the location, Vishal Agarwal grabbed that free space and started construction on it.

Adsul complained that Vishal Agarwal and his accomplices constructed 66 commercial offices in an 11-story building and 27 flats and 18 shops in a 10-story building on that vacant space of the society, and for that, neither Vishal Agarwal nor his partners took the permission of the society. Vishal Agarwal illegally used the society's space without permission. Therefore, Adsul lodged a complaint of cheating against Vishal Agarwal and his business partners.

A few days ago, Vishal Agrwal was granted bail by the court in one of the three cases against him. However, before his release from the Yerawada jail, the Pimpri-Chinchwad police arrested him in another fraud case.
