Indira University To Launch Soon In Pune
Pune: The State Government has officially approved the establishment of Indira University, which is set to begin operations in 2025. This new academic institution is poised to make a significant impact on both national and international higher education, emphasizing academic excellence, industry relevance, and cultural integration.
According to Dr. Tarita Shankar, Chairperson and Chief Mentor of the Indira Group of Institutes, "Indira University will position itself as a leading institution, committed to creating a solid foundation for global academic standards. Indira University will offer a broad range of programs, including Pharmacy, Management, Liberal Arts, Commerce & Economics, Computer Science, and PhD programs, making it a comprehensive hub for higher education. The curriculum will align with the National
Education Policy (NEP) guidelines, with a strong emphasis on liberal and skill-based learning, enabling students to gain both specialized knowledge and versatile skills needed for global careers.
