If You Help Mishap Victim, You Will Get Rs 25,000
NEW DELHI: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Saturday said that government will increase the reward amount for Good Samaritans who rush road accident victims to hospitals for immediate medical care to Rs 25,000, five times more than the present reward of Rs 5,000, reported the Times of India.
To ensure that only genuine individuals get rewards, this initiative outlines the process for doing so. To receive the reward, a person must pass various verification and endorsement levels. Additionally, the policy specifies that these rewards are given to individuals who assist victims in a fatal crash.
