Tournament set to begin from November 23 at Maj. Dhyanchand Stadium

PUNE, 11th November, 2024: Entries have been invited from schools for the prestigious Fr. Schoch Memorial Hockey Tournament which begins at the Major Dhyanchand Hockey Stadium, Nehrunagar, Pimpri on 23rd November, 2024.

The tournament organised by Loyola High School along with ELAN (Ex-Loyola Alumni Network) is exclusively for school children for the fifth year in succession.

Announcing details, Nitin Joshi, President ELAN informed that the tournament will be conducted on a league cum knockout basis in five age groups. The various age groups include; Under-12 (Boys) born on or after 1.1.2013, Under-14 (Boys) born on or after 1.1.2011, Under-17 (Boys) born on or after 1.1.2008, while two groups for girls are also added Under-14 and Under-19 born on or after 1.1.2005.
