IAP holds award ceremony

Pune:  The Indian Association of Physiotherapists Women Cell held a prestigious award ceremony today at Hotel Ratnalok, Akurdi, in honor of World Physiotherapy Day. The event was attended by prominent figures in the physiotherapy community and IAP. 

 Special awards were also given to clinicians who have dedicated over 15 years to their profession, highlighting their enduring commitment and expertise. Dr Minakshi Pandit, Dr Sushma Bafna, Dr Priyanka Bhandge, Dr Arundhati Karmalkar were awarded as a clinicians who worked more than 15 years.

Additionally, the event honored excellent UG and PG students who have shown remarkable promise and dedication in their studies, acknowledging the future leaders of the physiotherapy field.

Indian Association of Physiotherapists underscored the day's significance in celebrating both seasoned professionals and emerging talents. 

The program was organized by Indian Association of Physiotherapists Women Cell, PIMPRI CHINCHWAD branch District Coordinator, Dr Sanjivani Kamble and Co-Coordinator Dr.Farheen Patel in Association with IAP Pimpri Chinchwad Branch Convenor Dr. Jayashri Kotwal.

 Dr.Gaurang Baxi , Dr. Tushar Palekar and Dr. Sushil Arora, Dr. Smita Shinde and Dr. Mayura Deshmukh. were present for the function.

The event featured guest speeches and networking opportunities, fostering collaboration and inspiration among attendees, stated a press release.
