Over 500 Cyclists Unite For Heart Health At Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital's Cyclothon On World Heart Day
Pune, 29th September 2024: In a bold step towards promoting heart health and active lifestyles, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital organized the highly anticipated "Pedal for Heart Cyclothon 2024," bringing together over 500 participants to raise awareness on World Heart Day. The massive turnout reflects the growing public consciousness around the urgent need to prioritize cardiovascular health in today’s fast-paced world.
Flagged off at 6:00 AM by Mr. Pamesh Gupta, CEO of Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, alongside the hospital's elite cardiology team, the event saw an exhilarating start. Dr. Rajiv Sethi, Senior Director of Cardiac Science & Interventional Cardiologist; Dr. Rajesh Badani, Associate Director of Interventional Cardiology & Electrophysiologist; Dr. Samith Chouta, Senior Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon; and Dr. Annapoorna Kalia, Senior Consultant and Interventional Cardiologist were all present to encourage the participants and reinforce the importance of preventive heart care.
