Pune: A sudden fire broke out on the roof of the seven-story building 'Karan Sohail' in the Bhandarkar road area on Wednesday afternoon. Acting immediately, firefighters brought the fire under control within twenty minutes. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

It is learned that around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, a sudden fire erupted in the terrace of the building. After that, the fire brigade was called immediately and informed about the incident. The firefighters immediately brought the fire under control. Fortunately, no fatality or injury was reported in the incident.

The Karan Sohail building, which houses offices of various professionals, experienced a fire incident on Wednesday afternoon. To prevent the fire from spreading, the personnel on site promptly began using water to control the blaze. Under the guidance of fire brigade chief Devendra Potphode, centre chief Gajanan Pathrudkar, and Rajesh Jagtap, firefighters managed to extinguish the fire within twenty minutes by dousing it with water. The affected office was constructed with sheets and sliding panels on the terrace. Fire officials reported that the cause of the fire remains unknown.
