A Visit To The Mumbai High Court Gives An Enriching Experience For The Students: Prof. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordiya
Pune: Suryadatta Law College BA-LLB second-year students visited the Mumbai High Court to impart practical knowledge under the academic curriculum. This visit was successfully conducted under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordiya, Founder and President & Sushma Chordiya, Vice President of the Suryadatta Education Foundation. Principal Prof. Dr. Mithilesh Vishwakarma along with Dr. Monika Shehrawat led the visit.
The purpose of the visit was to provide students with hands-on experience of the legal system while developing a deeper understanding of India's legal heritage. The students were taken to the court of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay of Bombay High Court and other courts in session. The students closely observed the judicial system and functioning of the High Court. Also visited the judicial departments. Faculty and students of Suryadatta Law College met the Chief Justices Registrar and Principal Secretary & also understood the procedure from them.
On behalf of Suryadatta Law College, Advisory Board Member Geeta Kasturi, Principal Prof. Dr. Mithilesh Vishwakarma, and Dr. Monika Sehrawat informed the students about the workings of the Mumbai High Court.
Prof. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordiya appreciated the initiative and said, "Hands-on experience along with theoretical knowledge adds to the knowledge of students. While acquiring skills in any field, Suryadatta organizes such planning as visiting organizations in that field, meeting experts in that field, and organizing seminars, workshops, etc. Due to this, students acquire practical field skills and are not just limited to exams. Suryadatta always supports and appreciates this kind of initiative."
